Tennis elbow
Tennis elbow is a condition where the outer part of the elbow becomes painful
and tender. Often, gripping
and movements of the wrist hurts, especially when the wrist is bent backwards
and when objects are lifted, like pouring a kettle. One may also suffer from
morning stiffness in the elbow or pins and needles/pain in the hand. The injury
is thought to be caused by repetitive overuse of the involved arm.
At Milton Chiropractic we use a unique technique especially developed for tennis
elbow. This technique has proven itself over and over again and increases the
blood flow to the tendon. Additionally we might use tape and give you exercises.
