Full-time chiropractor required in Cambridge.
We welcome an experienced chiropractor or a new graduate. Start date is the 1st of August. The position is on a self-employed basis. The ideal candidate is someone who would like to be busy (seeing at least 80/wk) and would like to work in an ethical practice. The clinic uses mainly diversified techniques combined with Functional Movement Screen. Experience with the Functional Movement Screen system and Dry Needling is an advantage but not necessary.
People are pivotal in our clinic. We see our clinic as a functional little society which strives to address a broad range of needs for our staff. These needs include, but are not limited to Creative, Emotional, Spiritual, Social as well as Economic needs.
To serve these needs we have created an office library which contains books on several topics and not limited to solely chiropractic and we organise social events on a regular basis.
organise monthly meetings with the chiropractic staff in which we discuss challenging cases, rehabilitation and strategy.
In addition to these meetings, we hold monthly one-to-one meetings with the chiropractors individually. We use these meetings to assess, evaluate and plan individual learning goals which will help to improve the chiropractors overall skill and ability. We have created a 100-page training manual which helps our chiropractors to fulfill their highest potential.
As our team consists of 6 chiropractors and 4 C.A’s, socialising is therefore easy as our culture is strong and the staff live locally.
We have attained the highest patient quality mark from the RCC (PPQM) for many years.
Due to the quality of the care provided by our team, our clinic sees on average over 100 new patients a month. Most of our patients come to see us via “word of mouth” advertising. We also have a strong presence on social media.
Cambridge has a lot to offer. The city itself is famous for its architecture and heritage and it has a wide variety of theatres and cinemas. The university buildings are stunning, one can relax by the river with a drink or go punting. The universities organise regular speaking engagements with the most interesting guest speakers which are free to attend. Every year the city organises its famous Cambridge Science Festival and we have to mention the annual Strawberry Fair. Its nightlife is vibrant with many bars with live music and delicious restaurants. Cambridge is only a 40- minute train journey from London.
We think it is a great opportunity but don’t take our word for it, this is what one of our Chiropractors and Chiropractic Assistant have to say about our clinic:
“I have worked at Milton Chiropractic for over two years. From the interview to the day it has been a great experience. It is a forward thinking environment with very supportive leadership. The goal is to help everyone reach their full potential, both patients and clinicians. The core of the practice is chiropractic with an open positive attitude to new ideas and techniques. Working and living in Cambridge is also a fantastic experience because it offers a high quality of life and a high caliber of people.” M.Dochnal Associate Chiropractor Milton Chiropractic Clinic
“I came to Milton Chiropractic Clinic as a patient in March 2009 and then came to work on reception in June of that same year. Working for Jasper for the last 7 years has been a pleasure and the team that he has assembled is now close friends who enjoy each other’s company and patients are able see the friendly, relaxed atmosphere that we have in the clinic. I have seen lots of changes as the practice has grown but two things remains constant – patient care and happy staff”. Lillian Smith Chiropractic Assistant
