In order to better serve all of our valued customers and to
ensure the smooth running of our services, we implement a
charge for missed appointments.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee
of 50% of the appointment.
This policy allows us to better manage our schedule and provide timely
services to all our patients. We understand that sometimes unforeseen
circumstances arise, and we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case
basis.
